Free Tech Start-up Support: The TSS Advantage
Should your printer not perform out of the box as expected, we will walk you through the set-up for orders that included labels. iD Partner Portal offers free Tech Support over the phone and/or via an internet connection to your computer for up to 90 days from date of Invoice. Our Specialists use the latest Factory authorized processes to help you get up and running. Just contact your Customer Service Representative to have a Tech Support Specialist contact you.
Under the standard Epson depot service warranty on the C8000 label printer, you are required to ship the printer to the nearest Epson service center for warranty repair. With the Epson Spare in the Air program, Epson will ship out a replacement printer for you to use immediately, if Epson customer service can't fix the problem over the phone. The price listed here is per year - you can purchase the Spare-in-the air service for up to 5 years. This option must be purchased within 30 days of printer purchase.
